TULARE, CA, November 19, 2010 /Transportation and Trucking PR News/ -- Victor Kenneth Cassaday Sr., Owner/Operator of Tel-Star Repair Service, Tel-Star Aerial & Electrical Service, Tel-Star Tree Service, and Tel-Star Enterprises, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in the development and management of entrepreneurial enterprises.
Mr. Cassaday previously worked as a Certified Service Manager for a Lincoln Mercury Dealership and Fleet Supervisor for American Telephone & Telegraph Co., where he managed a large fleet of motor vehicles and equipment ranging from passenger vehicles to large aerial trucks used in all phases of communications construction and maintenance. An ASE certified master automotive technician and certified master medium/heavy truck technician, Mr. Cassaday began overhauling farm tractors and other equipment at age sixteen. Currently, he oversees the operations of his four businesses, which provide general auto and truck, general construction, electrical contracting, tree trimming and maintenance services. He holds a California automotive repair license, a California state contractor license, and an Associate of Arts degree.
His love of automobiles could not be more apparent. When not repairing vehicles, he enjoys collecting and restoring vintage vehicles. He also sponsored a bicycle motor cross team called Tel-Star Racing Team for youths ages five through eighteen years of age for four years. He has been a licensed amateur radio operator since 1955.
Mr. Cassaday is a life member of American Telephone & Telegraph Pioneers, and a member of the San Joaquin Valley Better Business Bureau, National Automotive Service Excellence, the California State Sheriffs' Association, and the California Rifle & Pistol Association.
