Ace Relocation Systems, Inc. begins large-scale move for northeastern Illinois' Warren-Newport Public Library

The premier relocation company acquired the Warren-Newport Public Library project, back in October of 2010, due to its highly regarded reputation from previous library moves

SAN DIEGO, CA, April 06, 2011 /Transportation and Trucking PR News/ -- Ace Relocation Systems, Inc., a comprehensive relocation solutions company throughout the U.S., is currently performing the relocation of one of northeastern Illinois' largest public libraries, Warren-Newport Public Library, as a result of positive referrals from past library projects.

The Warren-Newport project, which was acquired by Ace Relocation Systems, Inc. through a public bid in 2010, is a $8.4 million, 4,500 sq. ft. expansion that will feature more amenities, space and a complete interior renovation.

Beginning in November 2010, the Ace Relocation Systems, Inc. team cleared all of the private offices and is currently working to remove all of the furniture from the building, as well as rearrange the entire collection of books.

"Libraries are a great source of business for us, and we have successfully completed some big projects in the past; but there is definitely a systematic way of going about a library relocation that I think our team has mastered," said Matthew Zidek, Commercial Accounts Manager in Ace's Chicago office. "With this project in particular, we are working in an active construction zone, which yields a different approach. It is great to see our team adapt and excel in different situations."

Ace's Chicago office carries out library relocations from the preliminary strategies and financial plans of the move, to the physical relocation process into each of the library's new locations.

"We utilize a special machine, specifically for library moves, that enables us to lift entire stacks of shelves while full; eliminating the need to handle the books individually," said Zidek, who is also the Lead Project Manager for the Warren-Newport project. "This saves quite a bit of time, allowing our team to manage our timeline and productivity as efficiently as possible."

The majority of Ace's nine branches throughout the U.S., including Chicago, are IOMI Certified Office and Industrial Movers.

As a full-service Atlas Van Lines mover, Ace Relocation continues to provide comprehensive relocation and storage services to Chicago and surrounding areas, taking on various types and sizes of clients in both the residential and corporate sectors.
