Sensational Sales Trainer Keeps On Trucking With Stanford Who's Who

CARROLLTON, TX, January 20, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Stanford Who's Who welcomes James M. Griffis III to the ranks of leading professionals as a result of his magnificent work in truck manufacturing. After establishing a successful track record for sales in the commercial truck market he was recruited by UD TRUCKS North America to head up the company's national sales training efforts. Having served as a National Sales Trainer with UD Trucks North America for the past 4 years, Mr. Griffis has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be successful in the business world.
UD Trucks North America is a manufacturer of Class 5-7 commercial fleet trucks and is the distribution arm for UD Trucks Japan in the North American truck market. In 2002, UD Trucks was awarded the ranking of Highest in Customer Satisfaction Among Owners of Cab-over Medium Duty Trucks by the 2001 J.D. Power and Associates Medium Duty Customer Satisfaction Study. That marked the third time UD Trucks had received an award from J.D. Power and Associates.
In 2007, UD Trucks global operations were acquired by AB Volvo to expand its robust global product offering. As part of this integration Mr. Griffis, in addition to his current role, has accepted a new assignment as the Manager of Sales Competencies and Communications with the North American Institute. This is the Volvo business unit responsible for the development of professional sales, parts and service training designed to facilitate and support the training efforts of franchised dealers and fleet customers of Volvo, Mack and UD Trucks distribution network throughout the North American Truck Market.
James possesses particular expertise in sales and marketing. He is a spectacular sales trainer. During his educational career, Mr. Griffis earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Minor in Management from the University of New Orleans. He is currently pursuing his MBA at the University of Texas at Dallas. James is a member of the E-Marketing Association and National Training Association.
