Danny Persaud Recognized by Cambridge Who's Who
Danny Persaud has been named an Entrepreneur of the Year
TAMPA, FL, October 14, 2011 /Transportation and Trucking PR News/ -- Danny Persaud, Chief Executive Officer of MidFlorida Armored, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in transport and logistics security.
Mr. Persaud has 21 years of experience in his field, and has been MidFlorida Armored's chief executive officer for 10 years. With expert knowledge of the armored transportation field, he handles all aspects of his armored truck and ATM services business. He provides leadership training and mentors managers, supervisors and his sales team. He also oversees client relationship development, business strategic planning, budgets, marketing and advertising. MidFlorida Armored provides deposit pickups, cash vault services, deposit verification, cash replacement and machine balancing.
Attributing his success to his hard work, passion, and love for teaching others how to be successful, Mr. Persaud became involved in his profession after starting out with Wells Fargo, where he quickly rose up the ladder from front office work to managing the U.S. Southeast regional division. Ten years ago, he branched out and solely founded MidFlorida Armored.
Mr. Persaud earned an associate degree in business management at Florida State University and took executive education courses at Kellogg University. He is the vice president of the Florida State Chapter of the National Minority Diversity Association and an alumnus of Kellogg University Business School. He is also a member of the International Armored Car Association. In the future, Mr. Persaud intends to expand his business, while guiding his son to take over. He also plans to continue mentoring and at the same time, develop new businesses.
