Douglas Loofbourrow Earns Membership With Stanford Who's Who
Douglas Loofbourrow has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his outstanding professional career.
BELLAIRE, TX, October 12, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Douglas Loofbourrow has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his outstanding professional career. As an ISO Management Representative with Southwest Shipyard L.P., as well as throughout his brilliant career, Douglas has routinely exhibited the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.
Southwest Shipyard L.P. is a business which provides gas freeing and cleaning services, topside and major repairs, surface preparation and painting, major conversion and new construction services to the entire commercial and government marine industry. Southwest Shipyard currently can handle Inland and Offshore Barges, Boats, OSV's, Ferries and Offshore tugs. The company operates four shipyards in South Texas with direct deep water access to the Gulf of Mexico.
Mr. Loofbourrow is an RABQSA certified ISO Lead Auditor who is responsible for defining and developing systems based on ISO regulations; following EPA regulations, meeting both federal and state requirements; and training and facilitating management systems.
During his collegiate career, Douglas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston. He is a member of the American Society for Quality.
