Richard Raj has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his remarkable professional career.

    AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND, July 31, 2011 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Richard Raj has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of his remarkable professional career. As Manager of IT Solutions and Services with Ports of Auckland, as well as throughout his brilliant career, Richard has routinely displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

Established in 1988, Ports of Auckland is New Zealand's leading port company, responsible for connecting the country's importers and exporters with more than 165 international ports in nearly 70 countries. They provide a full range of cutting-edge cargo-handling and logistics services at two seaports and a strategically located inland port.

Richard is responsible for general management, strategic planning, and information technology management. He was the recipient of the ITSMF Project of the Year Award in services management. During his collegiate career, Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Electronics from the University of Waikato. He also earned a Certificate in Management while studying in the United Kingdom.
