Ms. Reich has accrued 25 years of professional experience and possesses a broad understanding of the world of business. For the past year, she has been a WW Delivery Controller for a Services unit at IBM. Ms. Reich earned an MBA in economics from University of Würzburg in 1985 and has been certified as a project manager by the Project Management Institute in Washington. In the future, Ms. Reich plans to broaden her understanding of IBM's worldwide business and advance her position within the company.
